smartconnect cannot login
"could not excecute query for the windows login user id"
Any idea on how can this being resolved?
You could try checking to make sure that the SmartConnect sql user is the database owner of the database named SmartConnect. To ensure the account had enough rights you could make it a sysadmin if it isn't already and try again.
It shouldn't be using a windows account to connect, but it does check the [Users] table in the SmartConnect database to make sure your current windows account has access inside of the interface.
If those don't help you could get a support tech to take a look at it if you contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you need this resolved promptly.
