SmartConnect and SQL 2012

We upgraded to SQL 2012 over the weekend and smartconnect is working fine. I'd like to know if it's OK to raise the SQL compatitability level to 110 and not run into any issues.

Yes, it would be okay to change the compatibility level for Smart Connect.
