Hi,

I had SmartConnect installed on my laptop. Recently, the domain was changed in my laptop. After this, I am not being able to login to the SmartConnect. Please help

Hi Renaj,

The details of the currently logged in windows user are used when connecting to SmartConnect. If you have changed your domain / username after setting up smartconnect you will need to amend the AdUser field of the User table in the SmartConnect database with the new information. You should then be able to log in again.
