SmartConnect 21 Problems – SYSTEM DOWN

Good Morning
Tried upgrading a fully functional SC to SC 21, Created & activated the instance
Ran through the Upgrade and user migration and upon opening the UI I did not get prompted to do a Maintenance & the error “Object not set to an instance of an object” and there are no Maps showing, there are DataSources but no maps.
Additionally it appears that a SmartConnect website was not created.
 We are now SYSTEM DOWN on our GP ß-> CRM integrations.
