SmartConnect 2017 and Real Time Folder does not seem to work
It does not look like SmartConnect 2017 and Real Time Folder trigger seem to work. There are files on the source folder but do not seem to be processed. I do have the eOne SmartConnect Service running.

There is a KB on troubleshooting realtime folder triggers that you might want to look at.
However I wouldn’t bother as folder datasource realtime triggers didn’t work consistently in SC 2014 and then not-at-all from SC 2015. A bug has been written up on this feature but as of the latest release 20.17.0.11 it hasn’t been resolved and the realtime folder triggers still do not work.
The workaround is to use the scheduler and put it on the fastest available – 1 minute intervals.
