Smart Connect DeleteRecreate Company

I in test mode. I deleted a company and recreated it with the same name in GP.  Then I open smart connect and ran system maintenance to add the smart connect stored procedures.  However when I run any of my previously created maps it tells me that the stored procedure doesn't exist.  When I look att he stored procedures they are there.  The econnect user is part of DYNGroup, which has permissions to run all these stored procedures.  How do I fix this problem?
