Service Unavailable: HTTP Error 503

Hi, new to SmartConnect and stuck at the installation stage.
It seems that I cannot start Web Service correctly and I think it is the authentication step.
I used Anonymous with my domain user dedicated for SmartConnect (SC1), which runs the Windows Service correctly.
I put that for Anonymous, Impersonation, Windows Auth, but with no avail.
I’m sure I’m stuck with something easy but since I have no experience with this product, I’m literally stuck and frustrated.
Can someone help me figure this out?
