Scheduled Maps Not Running
Ver 20.16.1..24 installed
I have several scheduled maps that are supposed to run hourly throughout the day. I was just informed that they last ran on 1/5/2022. They’ve all be run manually since then, but the scheduler has not run them.
If I stop the eOne SmartConnect service, the Event Viewer shows an error that read “SmartConnectws busy running a map when the service was stopped” prior to stopping the service. Restarting the service does not get the maps to run.
The activity window does not show any thing. I don’t see any “hung” maps in the MapRunActivity table. Does anyone know how I can recover from this state?
