Scheduled maps limit rows on all maps

We have a sequence of Maps that are scheduled to run daily (There are 10 maps that run within the sequence) that grab all the changes that occurred the previous day from the source system (ODBC).  The Users have been noticing missing data within Salesforce.  When looking at the Map Logs, I have noticed that every map lists the record count as 50 – even though the source system has more records that should be processed.  When I manually run the first map in the sequence, all 10 maps process the appropriate amount of records – which is greater than 50.  I am not able to find any settings within SmartConnect where the source system is limited to 50 records when running through a schedule.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
