Schedule become Inactive
Setup > Schedule The schedule is active for several days and then something is making in inactive. It runs at night. The next morning if they see they do not have data they login to SC and go to Setup > Schedule and have to activate it again.

You can check the SmartConnect event logs for an error. The most likely cause is the service is running out of memory. You can fix this by setting a batch file to restart the service at a predefined time as outlined in the below article.
