SalesForce Destination – writeback data

I’m trying to use the SalesForce Destination to update an Opportunity and I am receiving an error: “Id not specified in an update call”. My question is: which ID field does this refer to?
There are many ID fields in the Update map, I can’t tell which one. Even with Debug turned on, it doesn’t specify which field is missing….
I currently have the following mapped:
Opportunity ID
18 Character SF ID
Record Type ID
Rectype ID
Any ideas?
