Salesforce Change Data Source – Missing Entity Choices

When attempting to setup a Changes Only map using Salesforce as the source data, only 13 standard Salesforce objects show up in the list of Salesforce entities to choose from. I’m unable to select a Salesforce custom object entity.
Other Changes Only maps have been successfully setup using a Salesforce custom object as the destination already.
