RM Transaction for Inactive Customer
Dynamics GP won’t let me manually enter an RM Transaction for an inactive customer, but I can import one without error. Is this a piece of business logic they forgot to enforce in eConnect? Thanks in advance.

sherry,
Looks like the msft eConnect dev team missed that edit check. They shoot for “same functionality as the client” but looks like they missed this piece.
From a smartconnect point of view, you would have to write your own validation if you want to enforce this same rule.
This would be fairly simple to do by writing a “before document” task and querying the RM00101 for that customer. If inactive, then throw an error (for your user) and then cancel the integration for that record.
