Remove the License will expire in xx day(s) message…
Our mutual customers who are on SmartConnect Subscription are on auto-renew/Auto-Pay. Is there a switch or a setting where we can Turn-OFF the: “Your SmartConnect subscription will expire in 5 day(s).”
It is generating unnecessary admin overhead and clients are calling the support desk and finance.
If the client is on Auto-Pay, there is NO Need to warn them. You can WARN them if the auto-pay transaction does not go through for some reason after the renewal date and within the Grace period.
