Registration keys

Good day,We have been using Smartlist Builder since GP 8.0. We recently upgraded to GP 2013 and the feature is not available.
Are we still able to access registration keys?

Rosemary,
As long as you have stayed current on your enhancements for SmartList Builder, you should have GP 2013 keys available to you.  So that we can make sure everything is current, I would recommend contacting our sales and registration team at sales@eonesolutions.com or 888-319-3663.  They will be able to help you out with the keys and verifying everything.

Hello again, I have installed Smartlist Builder and  I am getting the following error message
when I log on to GP  ‘smartlist builder needs to finish installing’, after this when I get into Smartlist Builer and choose existing smartlist I get
get/change ‘slb_tables’ failed accessing sql-data’, when I click ok I see the various smartlists but I cannot access them. I get ‘save operation failed’.
