Refresh Resource Cache

KurtB asked 7 years ago
Trying to refresh the resource cache in GP but it keeps causing GP to crash. I am running as an administrator, using the SA account. the service account for smartconnect and econnect is a local admin. I re-stared both services. there are no users in GP or SC. the domain account is part of the DYNGROUP for all GP DBs and the Dynamics DB.

I had to “turn off” SmartList Builder. I removed it from the .set file and removed the two addins. Then ran the refresh resource cache. Oncec it completed I moved the files back and fixed the .set file
