Publish button in smartlist

Will the Publish button in smartlist work for smartlists created in smartlist builder? I found some instructions for enabling it but they refer to Smartlist Designer.

However for SLB reports that you’ve created, you can use the Duplicate feature in SLB to “duplicate” the report as an Excel report (ERB). And now that it is in SLB/ERB, you can publish the report there normally in ERB.
