Problems with GP2010 Install

After installing SmartPost I cannot access the registration windows or the program from within GP.
I completely uninstalled and reinstalled again and the same thing.
Windows 7 Enterpirse application with 64 bit OS running GP 2010 sp3 .Net components are installed.
eOne supplies no system requirements and pratically no installation documentation on this product. It seems like a simple install but aprently not!
Has anyoen else had this porblem? Any help is appreciated.
