In the current versions of Smartview, the user has the ability to remove a subtotal from the view on the report that they have open in that session.  However, the total does NOT stay removed from the report permanently and as soon as they access it again, or another user accesses the favorite created thinking the total has been removed it’s there again.  There needs to be an option to permanently remove a total/subtotal as not all numeric fields necessarily need to be totaled (or min/max/avg/etc.).
