Payroll Manual Transactions template

Hello
I was just wondering if anyone had a template I could look at for payroll manual transactions. I have a file that has all the info on there but am having a heck of a time getting it to integrate.
I think my issue is I am not sure how to group on the 3 available nodes?

Yes I did see that , but there is no template for payroll manual transactions so I was seeing if anyone from the community had one to share.
