Payroll – Computer Checks – No Transactions imported

I’m trying to import Hours and Pay Rate from an excel file. I have the destination set to Group “Payroll” and Node Type “Transactions”.
When I run the Map, the batch is successfully created and each of the rows show as a success with the log message of “Successfully integrated”. However, when I go into Great Plains and look at the batch, there are no transactions in the newly created batch.
Has anyone else run in to this issue?
