[ODBC Excel Driver] Too many client tasks
I was wanting to know if anyone knows of the potential cause of an error we occasionally get in SmartConnect. We have a couple of scheduled integrations that run throughout the day. These integrations are essentially looking in a folder for a specific Excel spreadsheet. If it exists, it imports that data and then moves the file into a folder. If the file does not exist, it does nothing. However on occasion it will fail to run even with the file existing. SmartConnects logs will show the error
[DestinationBase – OneRunErrored] INTEGRATIONNAME: An error occurred retrieving the data: ERROR  [Microsoft][ODBC Excel Driver] Too many client tasks.
This will continue to error out until we restart the SmartConnect service. Then all is well again.
