Not all data is being loaded

I am trying to load Bank Transaction Entries.
When I run the map it shows as successful, however when validating that all information was entered into GP not all of the lines pulled in. There are three lines of data in the middle of the dataset of 147 lines that will not pull in. I have reviewed these three lines and they are the same format as every other line in the dataset.
Any thoughts as to why random lines in the middle won’t load?
Are there no errors produced when running the map?
Could it be that any of the data in one or more of the fields is different and not compatable with the datatype?
