No CRM Destination in SmartConnect

tudorH asked 8 years ago
Hi,

I am trying to setup an integration between CRM 2011 On-Premise and GP 2010 using SmartConnect version 20.13.0.49.

I would like to sync a single field from GP to CRM but am having some trouble.Created a map, and successfully configured the source as GP with the table that I need but I am not sure what to select for the destination? My options are Export to File, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics GP – File, Microsoft Dynamics GP – Message Queue, SQL Stored Procedure, SQL Table or XML File, no CRM destination? Am I doing something wrong here?

Thanks for the help!

Do you have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Query showing up as a data source, meaning you've gone into Smart Connect Setup and set up the Dynamics CRM 2011 Connector.

And run Smart Connect System Maintenance

Thanks,
Lorren

No, it does not show up in Data Source either.

CRM 2011 Connector is configured and I ran the System Maintenance.

One thing I noticed is that Smart Connect is not registered right now, would that cause these options to not show up? (we are using this in a test environment )

Thanks!

Tudor,

Yes, Smart Connect has to be registered for the CRM integration to work.
