Mass Add Extender Window

I need to add an Extender window to about 400 records. I will then import data from another system into the Window
Is there an easy way to add the windows to the records?

You would want to create the Extender Window that you need. Then you can use the Extender Data Import option or SmartConnect to import the data for the ~400 records into that window that you need. The import will link the data you are importing to the GP record because in your import file, you need to have the key fields data that your window is using as well.
