Map ending in failure but look successful

Hey Everyone. I have a map which looks to be doing everything I need it to but is still ending in failure. Any reasons why this would be?

A failure should only occur in a map under these conditions: A record of data actually fails to integrate, an additional column reports a failure when trying to execute, a task reports a failure when trying to execute, pre-map validate fails, or no data in found in the source and the map is setup to count that as a failure.
If a map fails it should give back feedback that should help you track down what part of it is actually causing it to report that.
