Installing SmartConnect Windows Service

We have been using SmartConnect for some time, but Windows Service was not installed during our initial implementation. Is it possible to install Windows Service after the fact? I need to use map scheduling, but that will not work until Windows Service is installed.

Kristen,
If you go to Programs and Features.
Right Click on the eOne SmartConnect application and choose Change
Then select Modify
Then you can select the SmartConnect/Windows Service to install.
This does assume you are on SmartConnect 20.13.1 or higher. The earlier version of SmartConnect would only have the option to uninstall, which would then require a reinstall to select the Windows Service.
