Improve process for reordering additional columns

When reordering additional columns it would be great to be able to click a column and move it up or down several spaces without having to reselect the column with each step/move. Also, when moving a column to the top or bottom, don’t swap it with the current top or bottom column, instead move all the columns down or up. If there is a need to swap the columns, make that another button.
