How to report on Extra Notes windows for an Extender Form

I have an Extender Form with 2 Extra Windows that are Notes windows. Extender does not include the Notes windows when creating an Extender View for the Form. Do I have to figure out the underlying tables for the Notes windows to extract the data into an SSRS report or am I missing something?
