How to get CUSTNMBR ON A MAP

oscar87 asked 7 years ago
Need some suggestion on how to approach to get CUSTNMBR from RM00101 where on the source I have the TaxId which stored in PM00200 and then use PA1000 table to get the CUSTNMBR. The source file has data for multiple GP Companies. I know I will have to use a stored procedure to join PM00102 and PA1000 tables to get the CUSTNMBR. What approach used I use in SmartConnect to map to the CUSTNMBR field on the Receivable node.

Oscar,

You can use the SQL Lookup from the Additional Columns to pull the Customer Number based on your criteria/data you have available in your data source.

Here is a link to the online documentation that describes how to set up the SQL Lookup column.

The other option would be to create a Calculated Column using C# or VB.NET to read the Customer Number out of the table.
