How do I expose SmartConnect on a DMZ located server

We have GP / SQL / SmartConnect
All are installed on the internal network. All are configured as part of a Domain.
We have an IIS server on a stand alone server within a DMZ that is not a member of the domain.
Our hosting provider does not want to open any Active Directory related ports
