What is the quickest and most simple first map with SmartConnect and CRM 2011?
Obviously a newbie here and cannot get what I think would be a simple real time map to run. THought I would back up and see where I should start.

Hi Bruce,
Are you using CRM 2011 as your data source or destination? If you really want to get an idea of what the map may look like to start off with is downloading and importing the CRM2011 integration templates from the following link.

You will get several templates to give you an idea of what to use for your data source and destination. It even gives you some simple real time maps. If you run into any troubles in executing these maps, possibly go to the following links to troubleshoot your issues. This one for CRM 2011 real-time maps

bruce.jones@solutects.com replied 10 years ago Thanks Ken, I was trying CRM 2011 as my source. The only sample maps I had found were related to GP and I am not ready for that yet.
I will check the samples and the KBs.
