GP Real-Time Data Source makes GP Crash
Hi All,
I have setup a GP realtime datasource on the SOP header and when I save a document GP just crashes and the map doesn't run.
Anyone else had this kind of behaviour?
cheers

Arthur,
Go to our downloads site and grab the latest release of SmartConnect. This issue should be resolved in that version.

Please be aware this requires a new Account Code for registering SmartConnect which you should be able to get from your partner.

Arthur,
Which version of Dynamics GP and SmartConnect are you using?
Are there any errors going into the Dynamics Event Log or the SmartConnect Event Log?
Lorren
Hi Lorren,
GP2013 SP2 12.00.1570 and Smartconnect 20.14.0.22.
No error logs under Dynamics or Smartconnect but I do get a couple under applications namely this one:
Application: Dynamics.exe Framework Version: v4.0.30319 Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. Exception Info: System.Exception Stack: at eOne.SmartConnect.GpAddin2013.RealtimeThread.Process() at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(System.Object) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object) at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart

Hi Arthur,
I just encountered the same issue. Did you ever resolve your problem?
Thanks!
