I am trying to import into GP 2012 using SC 20.12.2.40 from an Excel workbook. I receive an error stating "Error 9408 – Assigned % exceeds 999.99"  I have one account per row and each row has 1 AA dimension code. Amounts are not being split amongst multiple dimension codes. Under Analytics Distribution mapping I do not have a value in assigned percent. I have even tried putting in 100 and 100.00 and receive same error. I have a very similar map for Payables with AA and it works fine.
