Extender Upgrade Prompt and Progress Tracking

We are in the process of upgrading our Extender data. All of our other ISV products prompt you to upgrade when you 1st try to log into GP. My IT folks said there is no prompt from the Extender product to upgrade. We ended up missing this piece of the test upgrade at first. Are there any plans to build in a prompt for this task? In addition, there is not a progress bar once the process kicks off. The only way we knew it was running is by watching SQL working. Again, something to indicate it’s running would be helpful.
