Extender menu disappears

Hi,
We have couple of Extender Customization on Employee Maintenance screen. The additional menus for extender windows disappears sporadically. We are using PA, hence I even tried changing the security to default back to the Default Emp Maintenance screen instead of PA Emp Maintenance and see if that is something to do with PA. But problem still persists.
GP Version: 2010 with YE Update 2014
Any help would be highly appreciated.

It doesn’t disappear – it just isn’t there yet as you opened the window too fast.
Extender adds the additional menus on company login.
That process goes behind the normal GP ‘build’ menu script which happens in the background. So if you open a window before GP (and then extender) finish the menus you will see this issue.
Wait until the user/company are enabled on the navigation pane as generally most other applications including extender don’t take long to do what they need – and you’ll see your additional menu items consistently.
