Extender Lookup using SmartList

I built SmartList that use my custom query to bring in required field. Can I bring my SmartList into my Lookups on Extender? If so, what would be the steps?

Tat,
It is not possible to bring a SmartList into a Lookup in Extender. It has to be an existing table with a Dynamics GP product.
