Extender is available in the Test Company but but the production company JUST for MY USERID

Extender is available in the Test Company but but the production company JUST for MY USERID. Others can use Extender in production.
What could be missing in my installation or my credentials?

Rod,
That means that you don’t have security to those windows in that company via a Role you have in the test company but not in the production company.
