Extender Data was deleted after a posting in GL

Hi everyone , when the user post a GL transaction all the extender field linking with the windows form are delete.
any idea what is the problem with that?

The Extender data should not be deleted when you post a transaction. With Extender data that is attached to transactions, you will need to create an inquiry on that Extender Window to add it to one of the GP Inquiry Windows for GL. This way you can pull up the GL transaction you posted and then pull up the Extender Inquiry Window to see the data.
If you do have an Inquiry and the data isn’t showing up, you may want to work with the eOne Support team to figure out why it isn’t showing up.

Fabricio Mejia replied 5 years ago Hi, I can pull up the extender data with no problem. the real problem is that for some reason the Dynamics GP are deleting this data after the posting process.
