Exporting MAP with custom nodes

I added 2 additional nodes to the Payables to create Credit memo distributions manually. Exported the map. Now how do I import it into another server. I get the message “Could not validate import destination: Smartconnect can not find the Node for line <the custom node here>”. Do I need to add the node again on the destination server?
I got it. I need to export the node separately from node maintenance.
