We have loaded the software and have it registered but cannot use an excel sheet as a source. The system will not preview or validate giving and connection not valid error. Under detail it shows an odbc data source error.
What have I missed. It works fine on my system and under the test company

When you say it works fine under the test company does that mean the test company is on another box/system? It could be that the right ODBC Drivers are not loaded for Excel. Is this a 32 bit or 64 bit system? Is Excel 32 bit or 64 bit?
