Excel report formatting all gone

we have some dashboard build on excel report, initially it work just fine.
then, the excel report will open but all the pivot table, graph etc all gone / not showing anything… see attached pic, and we will have to rebuild all the graph…
this happened to few reports, and may happened few time on same report…

Thanks for the screenshots but they don’t work as you can see.
As for your issue:
Once you are in Excel, there really isn’t anything about that Excel file that is “Excel report builder”. Yes ERB created it, set up the data connections and queries and linked everything together – but after that the rest of it is Excel functionality and you would want to investigate the problem you are seeing with someone who is familiar with Excel or MS Excel support.
