Excel can't start because davclnt.dll is missing from your computer.
When I export from SmartList to Excel or run a worksheet published from Excel report Builder I am getting the following error:
“The program can’t start because davclnt.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.”
We are experiencing this error intermittently across both test and production environments, only when pulling data from GP via SmartList or Excel Report Builder and only on some clients and not others.
I know there are many published causes and solutions for this error but I am wondering if this case might be specific to using these tools since it does not happen anywhere else.
Thanks.
I am able to click through and open the data set in Excel. It seems to occur about 20% of the time on selected clients. Has anyone run into this issue before?
