Error when installing SmartPost

Hi,
A customer is running into an issue when trying to install SmartPost.
After they enter the install path, the SQL server location, and the credentials, they get the following error message:{SQL_State: 28000} Login failed for user \’sa\’.They\’ve doublechecked the password and even tried with a different user with a simple password, and no luck.
From what I can tell that\’s a generic error, and Microsoft\’s suggested fix (to switch from Windows to SQL/Windows authentication) isn\’t applicable since it\’s a GP server and SQL logins are already enabled. (I think there\’s supposed to be another error number when you get a SQL State 28000 message. Do you know where that error might be logged?)
