We are in the process of transitioning numerous clients from a different integration tool into SmartConnect. We have core integrations built, but am now trying to get my arms around how errors are managed. Specifically, I am trying to identify the SC tables where error data is captured and stored. My client’s, in their other solution, have custom reporting built around error tracking, analysis and management and we’d like to duplicate that if possible. Although Smart connect does a very good job in generating errors to the screen and creating logs, we’d like to be able to generate supporting reports.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Look forward to response.
