Error in Extender when we try to add an extender window to GP security

we recently upgraded to GP 2013 from GP 10. so now we are trying to set up the GP security including Extender windows, but we have an issue because no one extender window is displayed on GP security task window, and we get an error message that says: invalid data type for aritmethic value:20
Has anyone faced it sometime?
