ERROr [HY000} The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot ope the file '(unknown')

I am receiving the following error.  
ERROR [HY000] [Microsoft][ODBC Text Driver] The Microsoft Jet database engine cannot open the file ‘(unknown):. It is already opened exclusively by another user, or you need permission to view data.
I created a map then duplicated it.  When I try to run the copy I receive the message above.  How do I fix this error?

The error message is saying the file is either open or the user you are logged into the windows machine as does not have access to the file. Duplicating the map will not change the fact as the issue would be with the permissions trying to read the file.

I am using smart connect to insert a GL batch, the map calls a store procedure.   I have access to the files because I can see the batches I have created.  I am the same user running the script I doubt it is a permission issue.     I copied the map to a new map,   when I run the new map it give me the error.  I am not in control of closing files or locking files, smart connect calls a stored procedure.  If I log off completely the second map works, and the first will not run until is logoff completely.  Only one works a time.  Is there a way close all files from smart connect?

Can you export the map and the source file send it to so we can look at it?
