Error bringing in Excel TIME field value to SQL field type TIME.

When importing an Excel tab into a SQL table, the TIME fields in my spreadsheet (they are formatted as TIME fields) I get an error “Conversion failed when converting date and/or time from character string”. It is to go into a SQL table field of type TIME. Any ideas of how to resolve this? Thanks!
