eConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Integration Service failed to start

I am trying to install eConnect on my environment, SmartConnect is akready installed, but when I select this option (eConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010) and continue with the installation it fails and show a message like this: 
“Service ‘eConnect for Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010 Integration Service’ (DynGP11eConnect) failed to start. Verify tha you hace sufficiente privileges to start system services”.
I am trying to install with a domain user that is added to DYNGRP in SQL Server, this user has all permissions (is admin), the GP versión is 2010 (11.00.2390) SP4  and SmartConnect version is 2014 (

Hello Alberto, this issue is a message from Microsoft Dynamics GP eConnect installation, not the SmartConnect installation from eOne. Your would normally need to contact Microsoft eConnect support for issues like this.
