Dynamics GP Connector

Installed SC on different computer for an existing user.  I selected all the features except GP 10, Web service, and econnect for GP 10.  The installation was successful.  The user encountered an error when attempting to execute a map.  If I go to help>about, I see ‘No Setup Found’ under version for Dynamics GP Connector.  We are using SC version 20.11.11.63.  How can I resolve this?
